Manitoba Aerospace All-Star Award of Excellence

About the All-Star Awards

This year, the 9th Annual Manitoba Aerospace Awards Dinner will be held on November 18th, 2009. As is widely known, the All-Star Awards event celebrates the aerospace industry in Manitoba and recognizes excellence in our aerospace community. Manitoba Aerospace encourages members to nominate individuals or organizations whose achievements they believe exemplify excellence and who are deserving of recognition by the aerospace community.

Three All-Star Awards are presented annually.  The following 11 categories are eligible for recognition:

  • Innovative Business Practices
  • Business Growth
  • Education/Training
  • Process Improvements
  • Teamwork  (emphasis on ‘shop floor’ and ‘workplace teams’)
  • Employee Engagement
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Industry/Government Collaboration
  • Innovation
  • Leadership
  • Technology Development
  • Builder (*)

(*)  The Builder Award recognizes the contributions of an individual or group that has made a significant contribution to the infrastructure of the Manitoba Aerospace Association for the benefit of the entire membership and in the interests of the provincial aerospace industry.  The Builder Award will be awarded as merited but there may not be a recipient every year.
